Over the last 2.5 years, the construction team at Swiss Finance & Property Group has been planning and realising the total renovation of Zollikerstrasse 6 in Zurich for SF Urban Properties Ltd.
The former office property, including the restaurant on the ground floor, was completely gutted as part of the refurbishment and new, modern floor plans were created.
A total of ten flats and two studios were created on the ground floor. Final acceptance took place on 17 November 2023, meaning that the flats can be occupied from 1 December 2023.
