New management at SF Urban Properties Ltd

• Planned handover of Adrian Schenker's CEO function
• Bruno Kurz to be the new CEO from 1 April 2022

Under Adrian Schenker's leadership, the portfolio has experienced lasting and successful growth in recent years, and the company has been able to implement a number of development projects during his time at the helm. In future, Adrian Schenker will focus more on SFP Group's further international expansions, which already includes VIGA Real Estate in Copenhagen.

Bruno Kurz (48) joined Swiss Finance & Property Funds Ltd in April 2021 as Head of Direct Real Estate Services & Mandates and is a member of senior management. Bruno Kurz is a qualified architect and real estate economist. He previously worked as CEO of Immoveris AG, a subsidiary of the Swiss Prime Site Group.
